This would help retain the moisture in the chicken pieces and make them more palatable. Thus, butter chicken has been created.

How Butter Chicken is made

For several hours, chicken is marinated in various spices, including ginger, garlic, lemon juice, Kashmiri red chilli, salt, and garam masala.
